Food tastes like a$$, really greasy and mingin Got an iced tea and it has about 2 pints of sugar in it, and when I asked them to make it without sugar they acted like they didn't speak English anymore

Absolutely terrible, they are a mile from the house so I kept trying, never make it rigjt but 2 times out of the week I go everyday, now they haven't had skim milk the last 3 days!! I dont like oatmilk or almond milk, but I ordered online and it let me order skim, but when I get to drive thru, they tell me they are out! And to try oatmilk, or almond milk Such crap

I stopped going, and I finally figured out why. It's not because of the workers, as they've almost always been friendly and helpful. It's because of the Donuts! I can remember getting Chocolate Covered Donuts with a nice hard Chocolate frosting. NOW, even in the winter cold it is basically a syrupy mess. It's really just sticky and gross. Chocolate frosted, Boston Creme, I don't even know if they still do eclairs. I can make the coffee at home, but not the Donuts. But these are no longer the donuts me and the family use to enjoy!

Have tried better donuts, but when you have no time its okay to go to dunkins

I placed an order using their app and it went to the wrong store. I called the store it went to and they were not willing to give me a refund or any information about how I could get my money back. I emailed their customer service center and got an auto reply saying they would respond within 48 business hours. It is now 10 days later with no response. No one with Dunkin Donuts seems to want to take responsibility for this app despite taking money through it.

Manager “Laqwan” (Skibo Rd location , Fayetteville NC)was yelling at employee with no regard to other employees or customers. I made a complaint with store, owner & corporate- no return contact what so ever. Laqwan had the nerve to hang up on me when I called the store-DD must be hard up for employees to keep her!

Ook al zijn hun donuts de lekkerste, online bestellen is nogal een gedoe, ik wilde deze kerstdagen mijn medewerkers in de watten leggen, maar dat kan nog niet omdat de website zo moeilijk is.

Gotta say totally disappointed and will say something ext time I’m in there! My snacking Bacon was all burnt and the server( very nice Bengali lady, I even traded some words with her in native tongue as my my best friend comes from there) I even left a five dollar tip, don’t understand if she saw there was an issue she should have let me decide what to do as I saw her drop a tray of bacon and that might have been my replacement, still good customer service is what makes the difference, this was the Dunkin Donuts#310160 LIRR RONKONKOMA NY!
