After reading many of the 1 star reviews, I felt obligated to throw in my 2 cents and try to let people know why I like DuckLuck. The majority of the complaints I read involved withdrawal procedures and if you are new to online gaming then the one thing you must understand before making a deposit is using a "bonus" offer or promotion. Read the terms and conditions thoroughly and you will better understand what you are getting into. I personally never use bonuses because I feel they favor the house more than the player. Most have a ridiculous playthrough requirement and a maximum cash out amount. Which means that if you're lucky enough to meet the playthrough requirements then you need to know exactly how much you can withdraw. Let's say you've done well and wagering amount has been reached and you are looking at 12 thousand dollars in your account. Well, before you go whining about how you've been robbed maybe you should have paid more attention to the terms and conditions of your "bonus". Usually 2500 to 3500 will be the most you can withdraw. Maybe more, maybe less depending on how much you deposited. It's all there in black and white and fairly easy to understand if you take the time to read it. Honestly, I would just make a clean deposit and skip the bonus. That way you have no limits or obstacles to overcome if you hit a good jackpot. Just take your money and go. Another tip for the newcomer would be to open yourself a bitcoin wallet and use it for withdrawals. So easy and usually only takes 2 - 3 "business" days. Now, as much as I like DuckyLuck and the winnings I have accumulated there, I must be as honest and straight forward as possible so everyone understands what they're getting in to here. So.... here are my legitimate complaints about this casino and how they treated me. I made a few withdrawals and had no issues until one day when I played some on the house free spins and hit a pretty good jackpot after completing playthrough requirements. Max cashout was $750 so I just forfeited about 2000 because I knew the terms. Ok, I got my money and the next time I signed in I noticed some changes. No more free spins or 10 percent instant cashback after losing etc.... so I went to customer support and asked why. They told me that I was considered a "professional" now and that I was no longer entitled to any freebies or comps or anything on the house. I was pissed to say the least. After spending thousands of dollars there and achieving VIP status, I was deemed too good for any complimentary deals. It has been my experience that the players who spend more usually get more little perks and freebies etc... Not the case here! Seems a bit backwards to me and it remains a huge issue for me. I feel blacklisted or like I cheated or something. I have been a loyal patron of Ducky Luck and remain so to this day even though I know of several other places that have the exact same games and offer freebies in my emails almost daily. I guess I just don't want to go through the whole dreaded verification process again so I just keep giving my money to a place that treats me like I'm a criminal for winning 750 bucks without depositing a dime. Kinda shitty but it is what it is, right? Anyway, I somewhat hesitantly stand by my 4 star rating and I will say it again for the slower folks out there.... READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL BONUSES BEFORE YOU CLAIM IT!! or just skip em all together. I hope this helps someone in their decision to play or not to play at DuckyLuck casino. Good luck and happy hunting. See ya.

Do not fall for the sign-up bonus. It requires a 30× playthrough. Example: deposit $250 (money you will likely never see again) and receive a $1,500 credit. That sounds attractive, but before you can withdraw even $1, you must wager $45,000. Most casinos require a playthrough of 3× or 4×, which is already considered high. The idea that someone could walk into a casino with $1,500 and leave with $45,001 in wagers completed is extremely unlikely—effectively impossible for most players. Additional restrictions make it worse: Slots limited to 10 spins Progressive jackpots blocked Unless you hit an immediate large jackpot, meeting the playthrough requirement is unrealistic. This operation is based in Costa Rica. I still intend to file a complaint, but the main lesson is simple: do not gamble here. What makes it more frustrating is that the system shows “winnings.” In my history it shows I won $5,600 from the $1,500 credit. Yet none of that matters because the $45,000 wagering requirement was never met. Ironically, if I had simply played with the original $250 in real money, I likely would not have lost it nearly as quickly. Losing money gambling is one thing. Being led to believe you have won when you actually cannot withdraw anything is another entirely. I'll spend more than 45000 in my time bashing these dishonest pirates. DON'T GAMBLE HERE

Hello customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand that wagering requirements and bonus mechanics can sometimes be confusing, particularly if you are comparing different types of promotions across the industry. Bonuses in online casinos typically come with wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. A 30× playthrough requirement is a common structure across many platforms, and players are always able to review the full terms and requirements on the promotion page before claiming a bonus. We also offer a variety of promotions with different wagering structures so players can choose the option that best fits their play style, for example our Easy Win bonus offers a lower wagering requirement. Regarding the points you mentioned about game restrictions, certain limitations are also standard practice across the industry. For example, progressive jackpot games are usually excluded from bonus play because those jackpots are funded directly by real-money wagers. Similarly, the game history in an account will display winnings accumulated during bonus play, which become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been completed. It is also important to note that the RTP and volatility of games remain the same regardless of whether a wager is made with bonus funds or real-money funds. Since your review does not include any details that would allow us to locate your account, we would be happy to look into your session more closely if you reach out to our support team. Our team can review the gameplay with you and even suggest games or promotions that may better suit your preferred style of play. Best regards, Casino Experience Team

Play At Your Own Risk! Wanted to test it out, they have a lot of games that are "rated high" because of a "high chance of winning." I watched $50 disappear in a couple minutes on one of those games, never getting more than 0.75 cents per game that "won" even when betting $2-5, let alone a jackpot. Use your money for a smarter return than this!

Hello Alyssa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’ve reviewed your account and can see that this particular session didn’t go your way, and we’re sorry your first experience with us wasn’t the kind of start we would hope for. The game you were playing is considered a high-volatility slot, which means wins tend to occur less frequently but can be larger when they do appear. Other games are designed differently, offering more frequent smaller wins (low or medium volatility), so the experience can vary significantly depending on the game selected. We also noticed that you still have welcome free spins available. At brand, these spins are typically offered on games with low to medium volatility, which often results in wins appearing more regularly during play. Since the spins were earned with your deposit, we encourage you to redeem them and explore a few different games to get a better feel for the variety available. Just keep in mind that these spins do expire daily. While not every session results in a withdrawal, every session should still feel enjoyable, that’s always our goal. If you have any questions or would like recommendations on different games to try, our support team will be happy to help. Best regards, Casino Experience Team

Hello Alicec, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we understand how important it is to have clarity when it comes to withdrawals. At this time, we were unable to locate an account based on the details provided in your review. To help us investigate further, please consider updating your review with your casino username, or reach out to our support team directly so we can look into your situation. In general, withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable if the account verification process is still pending or if there is an active wagering requirement attached to a bonus. If either applies, our team can guide you through the remaining steps so you can proceed with your withdrawal. While we do not currently offer a direct phone line, our support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat, and you can also contact us by email at [email protected] for assistance. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to review your account and help resolve this for you. Best regards, Casino Experience Team

Was enjoying it until they took away my promotions. I'm not even a profitable player. So beware if you are getting ahead once you're still down thousands of dollars they will take your promotions away from you anyways because they want to keep you in debt.
Response from DuckyLuck· Mar 10, 2026
Hello Jessie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. At this time, we were unable to locate an account based on the information provided in your review. If you could update your review with your casino username or contact our support team directly, we would be happy to take a closer look at your account and provide more specific clarification. In general, promotions in online casinos are designed as tools that help extend playtime, giving players additional opportunities to enjoy the games. To keep these offers sustainable and competitive for the broader player base, they also include wagering structures that must remain balanced. In some cases, if a player’s gameplay patterns indicate that they do not rely on promotional incentives in the same way as others, access to certain bonus offers may be adjusted. This is not intended as a penalty for winning or playing successfully, but rather part of maintaining a fair and sustainable promotional system. That said, we would be happy to review your specific account in detail if you provide your username or reach out to our support team so we can investigate further. Best regards, Casino Experience Team

I can't withdraw through Bitcoin or bank account I really want my money hope this is not a scam after reading the reviews .....people work hard for their money just for you to take it
Response from DuckyLuck· Mar 10, 2026
Hello Kristina, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We completely understand how important it is to receive your funds and how frustrating the process can feel. At this time, your withdrawal cannot be processed because the account verification process is still pending. The remaining documents needed are a selfie holding your ID and a valid proof of address. Once these are approved, your withdrawal request can move forward. While verification may seem tedious, it is a one-time security process designed to protect both the account holder and the funds on the account. Our team previously sent you an email explaining why the earlier documents were not accepted and what needs to be corrected for approval. To help avoid further rejections, we also recommend reviewing our guide on how to submit verification documents correctly: https://www.duckyluck.ag/self-help/id-validation/how-can-i-make-sure-that-my-documents-are-not-rejected/ If you need any assistance while submitting the documents, our support team will be happy to help guide you through the process so everything can be approved as quickly as possible.
