I did not receive my order placed on 9/8. I have emailed several times along with leaving voicemail messages and no one has responded. I will be doing a charge back with my credit card company.

Delivery was suppose to be 3-5 days. It's now been 9 days and no delivery. I try calling, but only get a voicemail with no return call. I try emailing and no response. Very disappointed in communication and lack of response.

No response to emails to customer service. It's been over two weeks and I cannot get an update on when my order will be shipped.
