Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you encountered. We completely understand your disappointment. A repeat defect on a replacement order is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard we aim for. While our current policy prioritizes reissuance over refunds, your case clearly calls for escalation and a deeper investigation. We’ve already begun reviewing this incident with our quality control team and supplier. This kind of failure rate is not the norm and should never have impacted your operations. We’re also revisiting our after-sales policy to ensure flexibility in edge cases like this. We invite you to reach out directly at [[email protected]] with your order details so that we can resolve this matter fairly. Your business is important to us, and we’d like the opportunity to rebuild your trust.
