Easy to use and fast checkout ext

Thanks for making such a great product… Been using the Physical for over 10 years . Always a pleasure and on time .. Thank You Linda

Being able to use reward points should be much easier. They should show up when checking out so you can decide if you want to use them or save them for another time.

Easy navigation on website. Easy to order.

Website was clear. Checkout was easy. The reason I gave you a four out of five was because after I chose my product, the lotion, I decided to look for something else but I could not find continue shopping for a while. I even went to check out

Great service and website

The 35% off moisturizers was a wonderful surprise. I used my points for $10 off so I appreciate being able to use those on sale items. Free shipping for elite status is one of my most favorite perks. I will continue to use your site rather than Ulta for free shipping, points program, and fabulous customer service. Thank you!

Great customer service Also I love needless serum.
