Non vi fate fregare! Sito cinese senza nemmeno una persona fisica che risponde ai messaggi! Il mio pacco è perso e non riesco ad avere il rimborso. Ogni messaggio che invio mi rispondono via email dopo 2 secondi copia e incolla dal precedente. Mi hanno bloccato su Facebook perché ho commentato il loro operato. Soldi rubati. Li denunceroʻ alla Polizia Postale italiana. Non vi fate fregare!

I strongly do not recommend this website. They advertise their products as Korean, but that is misleading. After placing my order, I discovered that the package was originally shipped from China, and the products themselves are clearly labeled “Made in China.” These items are not exported from Korea as claimed. On top of that, the company has no proper website transparency and no clear return policy. I submitted a return request for $200, and for weeks I’ve received nothing but vague responses like “your request is under review.” No resolution, no refund, no timeline — just delays. This experience has all the signs of a scam: Misrepresentation of product origin Poor customer service No functional return process Avoiding refunds They are ripping off customers by selling fake “Korean” products at premium prices. Strongly advise against purchasing on this website with this company. After purchase I noticed it was a completely different name requesting the money and not related the site. Email responses are vague and the tracking links do not work. You just get the run around and no products. It's been weeks now and had enough so it's been reported. I thought going direct to the so called company was the best way to do it. Turns out was not is a complete scam

Took money. Never received goods. Phone number doesn't work .sent 4 emails....no response..... very disappointed

If I could give this company minus starts, I would. They have taken payment but not delivered items although stating its been delivered. They have ignored emails and not offered to replace or refund. Disgusting customer service and thieves. I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my funds back.

Took my money, never recieved an email that it was shipped. Said it was delivered but never recieved it and the tracking number from usps is bogus.

Waited well over 3 weeks for the plumper gloss to arrive and when it did, they'd sent out the wrong one. Mild instead of Maxi. FYI: The mild is absolutely ridiculous. Does nothing at all. Not even a slight tingle. I wouldn't even use it as a balm/gloss. It's so cheap and basic. Customer service is AWFUL. They won't send out the correct one I paid for, despite having the order number for the one I bought and photo proof of the wrong one they sent out...all because I didn't keep the tiny cardboard box it came in. Admin team are now just not replying. Over priced. Extremely slow delivery. Rubbish wrong product and AWFUL customer service. Everything about the Dr. MELAXIN hype just seems like a total con. I can't believe people endorse this absolute cr*p. DR. MELAXIN is basically just stealing money from people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT FALL FOR THE HYPE.

After placing an order, I quickly realised the site was not legitimate and contacted the company immediately requesting a refund. They confirmed via email that the refund had supposedly already been processed — however, they were unable to provide any transaction ID, reference number, or proof of refund, which any genuine merchant can supply. No refund was ever received. As a result, I reported the transaction to my bank as fraudulent. Only after this did the company contact me again, attempting to pressure me into closing the chargeback, using scare tactics about penalties, delays, and refund reversals. This behaviour, combined with contradictory information and the lack of any verifiable refund evidence, strongly suggests this is not a trustworthy or legitimate retailer. I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this website
