Drivo 1st time use
The initial wait for the shuttle was over an hour. However, the agent provided an upgraded vehicle as well as expressed his sincere apologies. The customer service from there was open and explicit of all charges with no surprise costs. The vehicle was clean, modern and very fuel efficient. Overall good experience except for the shuttle pick up.

We'll use them again!
Everything went smoothly, from picking up the car to returning it and getting to the airport. The people were efficient and pleasant and the price was better than any other rental company.

Useful and good value for money
Despite being quite far from the jfk terminals (Train plus drivo shuttle) makes sense as rates really lower than mainstream competitors. No complaints about our 2019 Sentra or the tolls billing service
