The vehicle was perfect for our trip! We had a van, extra space for all to rest when needed, view out the windows, it was a comfortable ride. The process of filling out forms & other necessary paperwork was all done electronically!!

The workers were nice, but I had to wait almost 40 Minutes just for a rental pickup and 10 minutes to drop off the keys.

Only complaint was I didn't get a choice of cargo van I wanted one with access to the rear from the cab and did not care for the rental decals all over it should give a discount if im a rolling billboard otherwise I was happy with the vehicle and grateful I was able to get on short notice

Overall a pretty good experience. The individuals at Eastside Auto Sales in Tomah were very helpful. Got the vehicle and no issues. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the online verification process. I don't like using biometrics to verify myself. I brought in the required items (insurance card, drivrrs license) but the computer program didn't like not having the information submitted to it. For some it's fine to use but some of us don't like it. Just made it harder on the individual renting us the vehicle. I appreciate the efforts.
