Very intuitive program. Easy enough for the beginner user with lots of features for advanced users. It is one of the top 3 tools that I use for my business. Lots of companies will try to convince you to pay them 10X as much for a similar service. Dripify is one of my most recommended platforms when others ask me for advice on growing their own businesses.

I'm coming from a series of failures in terms of Linkedin automation. Expandi, Meet Alfred and now Dripify Seems again the technical team's unique answer is "We can't change how our software randomly operates" They promise 75 invites and 100 messages sent a day and after 2 weeks of trial (one extended with the promise of reaching those numbers) I got just to half of it. They replied "you have to increase the amount of working hours (for the software to do the outreach)" but I don't obviously want to send invites/messages to possible leads at 6 pm right? And not even at 8am Customer support has been polite and always available, but the service nonetheless has let me down even before starting paying (which I was really happy to but upon the numbers, they confirmed multiple times they would have come... but never did) To underline, my account was warm (been doing this for over a year) and although I deactivated the option to warm up the account (slowly increasing the number of actions), still they mumbled it was still active. Deactivated it (they said) and got a bit better but still half of the numbers promised Shame because the interface was great. I'm using now Linkedcamp which is delivering the numbers I've expected. reply: 300 is ok, but it's 500 the weekly limit and what you promise in the first place. There isn't any LINKEDIN monitoring feedback as you guys want people to believe to deliver lower numbers and prolong the use of your service. And Linkedcamp is the proof those numbers are totally achievable

Hi Giacomo, Sorry to hear that you didn’t get what you expected. I asked our team to review this matter and the recent results and I can confirm that your peak activity was about 300 connection requests per 5 working days (this is only regular requests not including email invitations). Which is quite solid right? Since it is all individually, it’s impossible to estimate the further performance of the account. As we discussed earlier, the security of your LinkedIn is our top priority so the platform can act softly in case you’re a fresher. After all, we appreciate you honest review on this :)

Seen this issue brought up before - so here it is again: Customer service is not guided by the customer's needs. It is guided rigidly by the billing team and their policy, like 20 years ago. I asked for a refund for one of our team who left 2 months ago and this subscription fell through the cracks. The response was "nah, the policy says no". Shame, the product is ok (hence 2 stars). But there are other tools that are ok or better. Anticipated response to an excuse: It's not about your policies and reading long small prints when it comes to a reasonable request i.e. a customer paying for something that was not used because a team member left. It's not fair practice, full stop. You not only lost a pleased customer, but also free marketing.

Hi Marion, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with our CS and billing policies. We understand your disappointment with our inflexible approach and the lack of consideration for your specific situation. Your request for a refund due to a team member leaving is entirely reasonable, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate it within our current policies. Ultimately, we acknowledge the gaps in our processes, and we have processed the refund to address your needs. We are committed to reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure that similar situations are handled more effectively in the future. Cheers,

As a previous review states, feeling like a valued customer is the important part. I brought 3 client accounts to dripify and therefore multiple revenue streams for them over time... a client wished to end the services and I forgot to cancel the dripify so I was still being charged, finally, 2 months later I saw the charge email only an hour too late, contact support to ask for a refund for the month coming forward to be told sorry goes against policies... even though I hadn't used the service on that email for 2 months and likewise didn't intend to for the month going forward... minus the 1 hour since they charged me.

Hello Darryl, Thanks for raising up this case. Auto charge is part of any monthly renewal basis subscription. If you haven’t canceled it, you will be charged automatically. As you might know, our monthly purchases are non-refundable this is clearly stated under our Terms&Conditions and we are obligated to follow it. Nevertheless, feel free to contact us so we can develop a solution together with you :) Best regards, Andrew.
