Opaque auto-renewal and misleading billing communications I had an annual Dripify subscription auto-renew for £473 without any advance renewal reminder. The only emails I received were on the day the payment was taken, after the charge had already been processed. Those emails (sent via FastSpring) described the subscription as being “successfully activated” and thanked me for a “purchase”, despite the fact that no action was taken by me. To a reasonable person, that wording implies a manual purchase, not an automatic renewal. Further, renewal notifications were sent only to a billing email address and not to the subscriber email actually used to access the service, meaning the user had no opportunity to cancel before being charged or within the stated refund window. Support responses focused on internal policy rather than engaging with the lack of notice or the misleading wording. From reading other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. The product itself wasn’t a good fit for my needs, but the bigger concern is the lack of transparency around renewal and billing, which feels like a subscription trap. I would strongly advise anyone considering Dripify to watch auto-renewals very carefully. UPDATE: Refund issued after escalation. The issue was resolved, but only after raising concerns about the lack of advance renewal notice and misleading renewal emails.

Hey Storm, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration this renewal experience caused and we completely understand why the timing and wording of the billing emails could feel unclear. Transparency in subscription renewals is extremely important, and your points about advance notice and where renewal notifications are sent are valid concerns. While renewals are processed automatically through our payment provider, we recognize that the communication around this process should be clearer and more proactive to avoid situations like this. We also appreciate you highlighting how the wording could be interpreted as a manual purchase rather than an automatic renewal. This is feedback we take seriously and will be reviewing internally with our billing partner to improve the overall customer experience. We’re glad the issue was ultimately resolved and that a refund was issued, but we agree it should not require extra effort from a customer to reach a fair outcome. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – it helps us improve both our processes and our communication moving forward. Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify

I like the friendly user interface, the ease of crafting a campaign in a drag and drop style. I like how the system automatically pauses after a lead's action, genius, as well as an ability to add comments to the leads.
Response from Dripify· Feb 19, 2026
Hi Jay, Thank you for the great feedback! We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the clean interface and the campaign builder. It’s also awesome to know the automatic pause logic is working well for you – it’s designed exactly to keep outreach more natural and responsive. And we’re happy the lead comments feature is helping you stay organized as you manage your prospects. Thanks again for sharing your experience! Extremely user-friendly, my first campaign is running, acceptance rate of 47%. Really a powerful tool to grow my reach on LinkedIn. The only remark I have is the limited speed of the campaign itself, but that is the nature of LinkedIn, not Dripify
Response from Dripify· Feb 19, 2026
Hey Niels, Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear your first campaign is already running successfully and that you’re seeing such a strong acceptance rate. It’s great to know Dripify is helping you expand your reach on LinkedIn in a meaningful way. We also appreciate your note regarding campaign speed – you’re absolutely right that LinkedIn’s own limitations play a key role there, and we aim to keep everything running safely and compliantly. Thanks again for your feedback and support! Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify
