Very poor communication and no advance warning My experience with Drip Capital was very disappointing. After we paid them off, they abruptly closed our credit line without any advance warning. We received no call or email beforehand—only a notification after the credit had already been shut down. As a business owner, I expect clear, timely communication from a financing company, especially about a decision this significant. The way this was handled left me feeling blindsided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Drip Capital.

Repeated unsolicited emails from them, requested to be taken off of their mailing list that i never signed up for and continued to receive ai slop responses.

I have made multiple requests for account statements and clarification on how my payments are being applied. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning for a financial services provider. Clients should be able to expect timely responses, clear documentation, and accountability regarding their accounts. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Drip Capital, and I cannot recommend this company based on their current practices.

Company legal document is one sided and probably illegal if someone takes them to court. Website is very good and funding mechanism is fast. Contract don't mean anything as they can reduce line at any time. Overall good company if you have your cash flows in order and can pay them back in time. But cannot rely on them to build up or in times of hardship. They exit out before even losses pile up. No rationale is given.

I have been trying to get a hold of Drip Capital for a few weeks now, and no one answers their phone, and no one returns my call I am not sure if they are actually located in the US or not.-As of 9/30/2025 I still have not heard a word from Drip Capital, I even emailed them at the address they replied with below ...crickets

Be vigilant. This is not a company that operates on honesty and integrity.

Drip Capital does not have a US office. The California numbers all get forwarded to India. It is a false brick and mortor in California. Don't trust their paperwork. Their loans do no go off of funding dates. If you ever have payment problems it goes right to their New York attorney that will NEVER talk to you, NEVER answer a phone or email. Just put the hammer down on collections.

Cannot be trusted. This company is still in startup phase and is far from understanding financing. The employees made false commitments and wasted time. They lacked professionalism to answer or return phone calls or emails. If you seek a quicker trade finance option traditional banks are preferred over Drip.
