HI Richard I noticed that you downloaded the program twice, Fro m this I assume the program would not open correctly which indicates too much clutter in your registry. If this is the case then you need to clean your registry. This is critical for Compiled Excel programs to run without errors WE use this on a weekly basis on all our PCs https://www.winzipsystemtools.com/ultimate-pc-care

Hello Cody Thank you for your comments The problem you are having with the software crashing is due to to many errors in your registry You need to clean up the registry What happens is that every time you delete , move, copy a program, Windows ends up leaving obsolete bits of code in the registry, so after a time the clutter, errors and crashes start to occur I will email you a link for a good registry cleaner, this will fix your issues
