The products are amazing and the scents don't smell fake. The subscription is nice so you don't have to keep track of things. It does take a couple of rounds to figure out how often you need shipments but that goes for any subscription.

The website is very hard to navigate, anytime you order anything it automatically sets you up for a subscription, if I need to edit my subscription i pretty much have to cancel it then just order something else, just frustrating having to do it like that, I love drift though

Thanks for the feedback. So sorry for the confusion. Our fresheners are available on a subscription basis. We do make it as flexible as possible. Once you place an order and activate your account, it is very easy to go in and change the next order dates, swap scents, or cancel altogether at any time.

I have a subscription since 1/26 for $20 and the last order I get charge $26 because decide to order macadamia as option and just for that $6.00 more make no sense, I email and no one can explain or offer a credit ! So Im giving a last chance on May order or I will canceled subscription
