Worst company to order from. Dress never arrived. Customer service sends generic email back each time with no actual help!

I ordered a Dress for my daughter but I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time so I wrote and Dresself assured me I would receive it on time and I did, Excellent customer service! The dress was good quality and stunning!

I went by the listed us warehouse in Richardson, Texas prior to placing an order. I did this after several reviews said they had not revived their order. The location was filled with Amazon boxes. A man came of the location and had no idea what Dresself was? If this is a legitimate business why list a false warehouse location. There is also no customer service number to call. Buyer Beware. Sometimes things are too good to be true.

Ordered a dress that stated it would ship in 24 hours and the shipping said 3-5 days....Ordered on Sept 12th...have been back and forth with customer service via email (about only way to reach out) and tried to cancel this order when it was obvious that a few days went by and the 24 hour ship wasn't going to happen. I was told they would refund if I cancelled before it shipped...the same day they told me that, I requested cancellation and the next day they marked the dress as shipped. That was a week ago and the dress has not shipped...when I track it only says "label created"....totally feel like this company did that just to avoid cancelling as I requested. I've reached out 3 times to request a full refund and no one has gotten back to me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible experience!!!

I ordered my daughters dress for Homecoming 2 1/2 weeks ago. Homecoming has now passed and no dress. This website is a joke. Apparently I am not the only person who experienced this. The dresses cost over $160 and paid for expedited shipping. Do not recommend this website at all. Please spend your money elsewhere. Now I am fighting to get a refund.

Did you notice the cut time and shipping time under the "Add to Cart" button on the dress page (that you ordered). Total order time = tailor time + delivery time Generally, it takes 8-12 working days for cutting and 5-8 days for delivery. I found that you placed the order on April 27, and the system shows that the earliest delivery time is around May 9. This means that you will receive your order in a timely manner. I ordered my daughters dress on Wednesday September 14th and have tried to follow up via email and no one is responding. We ordered the sequin deep v neck tight short homecoming dress in orange and it said it ships within 24 hours. Have not received any shipping email or reply’s to my email.

I ordered my dress almost two weeks ago, paying extra for shipping because I really wanted this dress for my senior homecoming. I have not gotten any updates and it has been 8 business days. My homecoming is in 3 days and the dress we planned things around (my boyfriends bow tie and flowers) is not going to get here on time.

I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter and on the website it said the dress in stock and would ship within 24 hours. I emailed the company 5 days after I ordered the dress and they had no ETA. After I asked for a refund they explained that since the order wasn’t canceled in less then 24 hours of purchase they would not issue a refund. This is BS as I was counting on their 24 hour shipping. Now my daughter is without a homecoming dress 4 days before her event. And I’m going to have to purchase a dress in a box store and hope they have something. I will never order form this company again. They do not keep their word on the shipping process, but will not issue a refund
