Our experience was great because Mr. Kreisman is extremely professional and knowledgeable, but not only. He also generously offers his clients his knowledge and experience by making it available to us also on his website. He is always available for any question we have ever had. He made us feel special and not just another client. We felt he takes a personal sincere interest in getting us the best policy for our needs.

The personal face to face interaction with Jim was what I was looking for. It actually exceeded my expectations. Jim spent more than 2 full days researching the best products for my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Jim for anyone, especially if you are tired of the "Press number one for etc". Jim is an old school dying breed.

There aren't enough words of affirmation to describe my experience working with Jim Kreisman. Jim is knowledgeable, professional, patient, honest and follows through. Not only did I end up with better vehicle and home coverage, he also saved me money. The time and patience he demonstarted in explaining my options and benefits is something no other Agent had ever done. In my opinion this is intregity and its priceless.

From the moment I first met Jim, he has not stopped working hard to get me the best quality for the best price. He is available when I call. I get tired of sitting on endless computer calls with no "real" person to talk to. Jim answered all of my questions and treated me like a professional.

I recently moved to the area and I found Jim online. Jim was able to provide me with many different options in terms of quotes. I was able to get coverage for a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Jim to anyone else in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area.

Jim is an insurance guru. Answered/answers all my questions, and in a timely manner. Saved me money on every policy, without compromising coverage. And not by chance either - he scoured every option before presenting me with the best ones. Hard-working, affable and committed to great customer service. Highly recommend.

. Upon moving from Scottsdale to San Diego we found we could keep our auto and home insurance with Jim...Yay! We've been with him nearly 20 years and he's the best! He finds great coverage and the price is right. He's also so patient when it comes to explaining things. Response time is incredible. He got back to us within a day regarding a billing issue.
