Your first package was returned to us by USPS due to a insufficient address entered in by you (tracking # 9234 6902 6733 8800 0149 8424 48). Once the 'return to sender' was noticed we immediately sent you another replacement package (tracking # 9234 6902 6733 8800 0488 8525 66) to your address that you confirmed as correct. I can understand this is frustrating, we unfortunately don't have control over USPS's difficulties delivering to your address. The material and build is of very high…
The material and build is of very high quality and expected to last a long time. I bought the pod in addition to the pocket winch kit and I can't justify their stratospheric high price neither with reason nor with logic to anyone, and that's bothersome. Also, I wish I didn't buy the pod, as I can't see it will ever be of good use in any potential situation (it enables you for a 1 meter vertical pull). The pocket winch kit however, could come very handy and save the day. It's very small and lightweight, yet sufficiently powerful. And that's the point.

Excellent little puller for what is intended for.
The Dragan winch system is a very high quality and well thought-out system for what it is and what its intended for. Sure, on its face it is expensive, but there is no other pulling system THIS COMPACT on the market right now. There are very compact lever operated chain hoists, but they are heavy, bulky if you get one with alot of chain, and the high quality ones like CM or Harrington, are just as expensive if not more than a Dragan. I've been a certified rigger for a long time and we use lots of different brands of rigging in our industry. I wont be using a Dragan in my everyday work, but I'm also not going to lug a 20+ pound Harrington Lever hoist when I go camping. I have yet to see another pulling system that is as compact and breaks down into a little easy to carry bag like the Dragan.

Bomber winch kit!
This winch system is next level if you work and play where others don't, won't, or can't. You may buy it once and you may cry once, but this kit will not fail you when you need it most. I put this rig through its paces and to the limits almost daily. The guys behind the engineering, mechanics, and build quality on these rigs know what they are doing. Get one.
