Down Price StoreReviews of downpricestore.com

As soon as I opened the box to try it on it was down hill from there . I couldn't get the clasp undone when I did it broke into 3 pieces . Needless to say completely disappointed.

Fast service great communication. Watch quality is great with box and papers. I will buy from again.

Reputable company. Michael was very courteous and professional as he helped me through my sale. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing again. Thank you

Unfortunately, the watch did not keep accurate time. I received it last Thursday, 9/26/24. Yesterday, I emailed Down Price Store requesting a refund. I have yet to get a response. I would like to return the watch; however, according to the Fedex label, it was sent from Pakistan. Please advise where I can send the watch to obtain my refund.

Once again, just outstanding service (fast!) and product quality. Could not recommend Michael and his team more highly. Ben May
