The call was disappointing as our Loan person was unprepared. She then offered a follow up email and phone call back and she has not done so yet. We need a call back!

We had to get a form notarized. While it was annoying to have to wait 2 days for a phone appointment, the bank employee called 15 minutes early, said we could come right away, let us in, and notarized our form. It was quick and safe and we were on our way in 5 minutes.

It is annoying to wait half a day for a 3 minute appointment

I had a great experience with Dort, as I always do. I felt like I had walked into the branch and sat down face to face to apply for the loan. Customer service has always been amazing and this time was no different. My appointment was made by phone, the call came in 5 minutes early, I had to call back as I was still at work, Zach was professional and friendly. I love my Credit Union and the staff who are always able to help me with whatever I need.
