Honestly, the variety of games on here is their only positive - great selection. However, I had to pull teeth to get verified and even though I’m currently verified I am still waiting on my withdrawal of 500. I deposited 2x for a total of 70. After reading the reviews, I’m worried I won’t get paid out so I threatened legal action/contacting their payment processor to file a claim against them. If I don’t receive payment within their allotted 3-business days time phrase I will certainly be doing so. Will change my review if I end up getting paid out. Terrible went to cash out,1000.00 win and they wanted my Social Security number so I hesitated, and backed out of the cash out screen and my money disappeared, and No redemption showing . I must say after reading all these reviews, I got scared I wouldn't get my redemption, but on my fourth day I got my redemption. I would give 5 stars if only it had instant redemption, but the huge variety of slots and the on platform game to gain more sc and gifts makes me put this platform on my top platforms to play on. I have been trying to get 2 redemptions for over a month now. They have asked for pictures of me with my DL more than once. Pictures of both my cards on file front and back with all four corners showing ,more than once, and a picture of a utility bill all four corners showing. Since my last names are different, because I got married ,they also needed a picture of my marriage license. They do not want to send redemptions. If it's not one thing it's another.
