Support Team is quite fantastic!

I reached out to Donorbox as my nonprofit was having issues with a Salesforce integration. We corresponded back and forth for about a month and I was super impressed with the thoroughness and patience support offered while we worked to resolve the issue. I also was impressed with how far they went to help when I honestly would have thought it was more an issue from the Salesforce end. Even though it was a drawn-out, frustrating situation, the support I received from Donorbox helped make it so much easier. I mostly worked with Alexander who not only persevered through several attempts to help solve my issue but kept in touch/me updated whenever I was waiting for a response. Thank you Alexander for your help, patience, and communication!

Great experience with the contact team. I had to change my email address and ask for help. The answer arrived quickly et everything was solved within the day.

Your sites should be clearer and easier to use. Twice I made a one-time donation and received confirmation that a weekly donation had been set up. Individual Donorbox accounts should have a link to Donorbox home to setup automatic donations. A chat session and 3 emails were needed to find out how to set up a monthly donation. Help from the support team was appreciated but should not have been needed.

Thejas was really helpful in our renewal process. He was able to look at how we had used DonorBox in the past year and recommend the best subscription plan for us. His communications were clear and I really appreciated his initiative and his follow-up.
