This platform is easy to set up, allows you to create new campaigns fast, and helps users make one time or recurring donations. While keeping a log of all donations, donor box also allows for the ability to quickly send out all donation receipts for the year and permits same day transfers into your business’s bank account.

Terrible company! I know of an actual abuser and fraud they let operate on this site! He had more than one accuser over the years and wants nothing but tax free handouts! I wouldn't trust Any site which allows that creep on it!

You don't want a giving platform. You want a partnership that will help fully fund your mission. Donorbox provides organizations with just that. A true partnership that will help you "go" as you "grow." Donorbox has the team, tools, software features, and educational content that can help you improve wherever you are in your nonprofit's fundraising journey. They lead with service, and they seek to serve their clients and set them up for success in everything they do. I love this company and most of all, I love the people who make this company a true partner to the nonprofit organization.

My first experience with Donorbox was to create a simple donate button for our website. It was very easy and took only a few minutes. There's a handy checklist when creating a campaign to ensure you've followed the right process and didn't miss anything.

I have received no donation from this platform as a non-profit organization.

I’m writing this review to state that DonorBox needs to change their billing and subscription practices. As a new subscriber, I would have preferred to choose a trial offer but none was available. Then twice I was charged $139.00 without using the service! Egregious and unacceptable!

I tried to donate to a trusted friend and received a 404 error message. When I called them, the account had been shut down by Donorbox, but the wouldn't give a reason. It seems that they support scammers and shut down legitimate organizations! I checked their positive reviews on other sites, but most were incentivized.
