I signed up for the DFC Concierge service with the expectation that they would provide a robust itinerary for an upcoming trip. It has been over a month since I provided all the requested trip details (location, dates, activities, etc). I’ve received nothing from DFC…. Not even a “we’re working on it” email. I reached out to their support team got back a canned response about “working on itineraries that occur before mine”. I am now less than 60 days out from my departure date with no itinerary. This is just unacceptable… especially in this travel time when reservations and plans must be secured well in advance of travel. DFC has failed to provide their promised service and refused to refund my useless membership fee. Terrible customer service.

Lee, We're so sorry you've had a negative experience with our service. Our concierge service is a very new service that we're still finetuning. We're working on making sure customers are more informed during the planning process and have better ways to check on their itinerary status. I'd love to take a look at your account if you could message us at [email protected] and reference this review. -The DFC Team

Using DFC, I was able to get tickets from Salt Lake to San Diego for about half of what I expected. Great timing for our trip to our daughter's wedding.

I signed up for a free account with Dollar Flight Club. Within a few days I saw their emails & they were not worth it so I forgot about them. A year later (2/2/2024), the company charged me $69 out of the blue for a premium membership I never asked for. After multiple emails to Dollar Flight Club Customer Service my refund request went nowhere. N.B. I've now had to resort to Filing a Complaint w/the Better Business Bureau against these Fraudsters. They have a DOCUMENTED HISTORY w/the Better Business Bureau of DEFRAUDING CLIENTS. This is what they did to me--Without my Authorization & Without my Consent Dollar Flight Club UNILATERALLY CHANGED my membership to $69 & added Autopay = FRAUD. ➔➔➔STEER CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES.

Good evening, We're sorry to hear of your negative experience with our service. We do our best to make sure that customers know when and what they're being charged. This includes pricing information on sign up, renewal date confirmation, as well as renewal notices a month in advance of any charges. We do ask our customers to manage their accounts as we cannot assume on their behalf. We're always happy to help with any questions regarding your membership. Again, we're so sorry for the experience. -The DFC Team

This is one of many flights we’ve booked with DFC/Going— we got two tickets for a total of $333 from KCMO to NY, saving about $500! We love this service and have saved way more on saved ticket prices than we have spent being members.

I got two tickets from Dallas to Puerto Rico for less than 400 when usually that would cost more than $1,000.00. I’m so excited to go on my trip!
