Very nice staff. A lot of confusion with pricing and products. If I had to do over I would have sought out more systems and price comparison.

We are very pleased with our new fence. With their help and instructions we were able to train our puppy in a short time. Now that most of the flags are out, he still makes no attempt to challenge the fence line.

The fence has been one of the best products we have bought since becoming dog owners. David did a great job on the install and the initial training of our Golden Doodle Arlie. We would highly recommend this fence to any pet owners wanting to keep their dog safely on its home property. Arlie quickly learned the boundaries and even if one of the kids inadvertently throws a ball past the boundary when playing fetch, Arlie remains on the safe side of the line. She even stopped while chasing a wild rabbit, that was pretty amazing to watch.

Thanks for your review, Jeremy! And good job Arlie - enjoy your freedom!

Installed, no problem with dogs getting out. No follow up from the company after installation.

The training collar works well but stopped working before it was even a year old. It is only used for 1 hour a day. I called customer service as it was still under warranty at the time. They told me it was just a malfunction and could be manually reset. Although they did help me do this over the phone I found their mannerism rather rude.

Dogwatch Hidden Fence is a great personable company. The team is so willing to educate you and "train you" before the dog training even takes place! My husband and I purchased a lake house and didn't want a bulky fence blocking our view but we wanted to make sure our 3 dogs were protected and fenced in. The Dogwatch Hidden Fence was the perfect solution! Plus it was much cheaper than the original thought of a privacy fence. Highly recommend this company and the service they provide to anyone and everyone! Thank you for helping us through our questions and concerns.
