My dog ran away 4 times and even got taken. I quickly decided that I needed to prevent this from happening and installed DogWatch. Within 1 hour of training he knew that passing the gate would no longer be possible. That was a year ago and he has not run away since. Thank you DogWatch!

I am so grateful to have chosen this system. I worked with David Van Kirk and he was wonderful to work with. He was straight to the point, did exactly what he said he would do and was very patient with my decision process. He didn’t bother me and I really appreciate that. I have a 4-year old powerful and fast Doberman. We live on a busy country highway. Getting out of my yard would probably mean getting hit and considering cars are traveling at 55+ mph he wouldn’t likely survive that. After David showed us how to use this system we only had to train a couple more times. Rex has no interest in coming near the flags and is able to enjoy our 3/4 acre yard now! We had an opportunity to observe Rex being safely contained on several occasions now 1. A giant Santa across the street has him baffled. He sits in the driveway and watches (and barks) not anxious at all. 2. Two horses crossed our driveway about 10 feet away. He didn’t test the fence :) 3. A large dog came into our yard. Rex followed him up to his boundary and didn’t attempt to follow him out. Thankfully because the electricity to his transmitter had been interrupted!!! This has been a great decision and we are very pleased!! Don’t let cost discourage you!! A fence of any kind is an expensive purchase...David takes care of all the work for this one 😊 and there is a lot less maintenance!! Also, we have a pleasant view from our backyard and don’t want it obstructed. So, you get the idea...we love it!

My poor dog had a terrible reaction, her skin got all infected in the collar area, she had to be on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory until recover. She lost weight and now is scared to be outside. Didn't get any support from the technician who sold me the fence and installed it, they pretty much didn't care, didn't recognize the failure of their device and didn't help to pay for her vet expenses. I don't recommend DogWatch to anyone!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We'd like to know more about this and to improve the situation, if we can. It is possible for a collar to cause pressure sores if it is too tight, but this is not related to the way the fence works, so it would be unusual for this to cause the dog to be afraid to go outside. Excellent system and excellent training and service. My cat is now leaving my couches alone. This was a serious issue and very expensive. The resolution was simple, thanks to Troy. He is also helped us to stop our doberman from urinating on the floor in our home. Thank you so much!

Dave at Dogwatch was terrific. I put in a 5 acre fence through the woods. Dave had no trouble going through the brush and over a creek! Now my dogs can run and play and chase the critters without running away or chasing cars and bikes going by.
