DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Nelson is great is there for you after the sale for sure....we have called him many times!!!

What a wonderful company to deal with. David and Kathy are the best. They were friendly, honest, patient and had my dog's safety as their prime concern. I researched many companies and I picked the right company to deal with. When I have had questions they have been extremely helpful. They have allowed me and my dog to enjoy our new backyard; I could not be happier. I have zero reservations in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a hidden fence. If your looking for people who love dogs and want what is in the best interest of your dog David and Kathy are the ones to deal with. Thank You David and Kathy for everything!!!! Rick Bloom

Doesn’t protect your dog from a coyote or fisher cat My dog was killed because we had a false sense of security with the invisible fence. Would not recommend to anyone who abuts woods

DogWatch of the Northshore is really great service for us. We bought our dog's electric fence 18 years ago and after about 10 years, we did have a wire cut when a workmen was digging in our yard for a different reason. Dogwatch came and fixed our perimeter wire and got us working again in a short time. We needed new battery for the collar a only 2-3 times in the 16 years of our first dog's life. Now we have a new dog, and the original collar did need replacing finally. We only had to pay small amount since the transmitting unit has lifetime guarantee. The perimeter wire needed one repair (due to external reason) in 18 years. We are very happy with their service and the DogWatch perimeter fence.

I have two lab puppies and one of them was a very stubborn learner- he bolted right through at collar setting one - I had Hidden Fences come and help me set the collar to level 3 - he-Cocoa- no longer leaves the area - Hidden Fence - owner/trainer worked with me to help me manage my puppies - he was patient and understanding with me - I am very grateful - the puppies are doing great thanks!

Ryan really worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He also called and checked in to make sure everything was working. I very much appreciate the quality, and the follow up! Highly Recommend!

Excellent! I believe this was and is the best fit for our house and dog. The wires in the ground are made of thicker wire so less breakage, the battery in the collar is a 1-2 year battery so less change. The fence has a program that doesn't allow the dog to drain the battery and then go through the fence. It will give the dog a correction if he/she stays in the zone too long after giving the warning beeps. It didn't take Duke 237 long to understand the flags nor the beep to understand this means no. Duke 237 is a Mastiff/Labrador or as we like to say a Mastidor :) he is strong willed for squirrels. He broke through the "fence" twice with each one I upped the level. After upping the level twice he felt the correction and he has not tried to "break" the line of the fence since. I also have to say that it has helped him listen better with his obedience training. This is just a side note as he listens better to my words. As for the staff of DogWatch of SEO the people are professional and easy to work with. I can text them with any questions and someone will get back with me within the hour. They answer all my questions and are quick to serve. They welcome you into their fur family and make sure that things are going well. I highly recommend this company as well as the people! Amy and Duke 237
