Great customer service and so far do good. My puppy picked right up on the training. She’s doing great and we live the freedom our new invisible fence gives her! I love the battery reminder email that we’ll get and that the battery is reasonably priced!

Dog watch is a great company with wonderful customer service. I truly know this fence is what keeps my dog safely in our yard. Thank you for always servicing our needs from batteries to the occasional fuses. We have had our fence for many years and they continue to treat us with respect!

Brandon is outstanding to work with. Anytime there is an issue, i.e., street gutter repair that threatens the fence or the dog goes beyond the boundary, Brandon has quickly provided a solution that I could implement immediately. Our dog is a bird hunting dog with strong prey instincts. There was a concern by some that the hidden fence would not contain her when she saw rabbits or squirrels. However, our dog only went beyond the boundary a couple times because of rabbits and squirrels, but with Brandon's direction I was able to adjust the equipment and work with our dog and since those early couple of violations she no longer goes beyond the boundaries. Brandon is a great guy and the product is a great product. Thanks, Tracy

Highly recommend!!! Steve was awesome as installer/ trainer Needed new collars fairly soon after install as pups are growing at an accelerated rate and had the new ones in 3 days with no hassle Received follow-up email to make sure everything was up to my expectations

Working with Dave was wonderful. His training technique is very reassuring. By the end of the session, I knew what to to and my puppy knew not to go near the flags marking the line. His workers are efficient and courteoous. They worked with me to figure out exactly where we needed to put the fence. Thank you Dave. Now my puppy stays home. I would highly reccomend Dog Watch to anyone with a dog.
