DogVacayReviews of dogvacay.com

Dogvacay has helped my business tremendously. I have met people and dogs that never would have found me without their site. They are polite when I've had to call, very organized, user-friendly site and makes by business their business.

Through DogVacay I am consistently booked for dog-sitting gigs. I love that I can have the peace of mind when working through the website, and can offer that peace of mind to the pet owners I work with. I also like that I don't have to do as much leg work to find clients (like always posting to Craigslist). It's been a fabulous experience.

Being a host is such a fun and easy experience on DogVacay. It's so nice to be able to dogsit without worrying about the payment and booking aspect. I tell everyone I know about DogVacay.

Having putting our dog Miller down as he was 14 years old and in declining health, we struggled without a dog. One Sunday morning upon reading the Sunday newspaper, I saw an article about DogVacay and showed my wife. We went on line and checked it out, and God has blessed with the best furry friends. We couldn't be happier that DogVacay is in our lives,it truly is a blessing that we can provide a service and at the same time enjoy every bit of it. Thanks so much for your service.

As a host I am thrilled with the guests I have had the honor of watching from dogvacy. Customer service is fantastic!! Any question or concern they are there to help.

I am a host on DogVacay and love the service. They offer excellent support and host/customer service, and many valuable resources to help build your DogVacay business. I have met some great people and pups through DogVacay, and will continue to be a host!

I honestly had a friend join and told her you simply do not know if you will like it or can handle other peoples dogs like this unless you try. For her it was a success. For me I have found that not all clients are the same. I have refused to work with clients who have reached out to me because I have been told I need to quit my job to be home 24/7 for their dogs needs because they knew she had seperation anxiety. In my listing I state I work during the week but I am home for a quick pee break during lunch and we go to my complexs private dog park daily (weather permitting). We have to many full site dog day cares in my area to be able to earn enough to quit my day job. Honestly vet your clients because in the end you do not need people who are not going to be respectful of you. First night every (small) dog tends to poop or protest on their first stay. Get a steam cleaner if you have carpet. Also make a note of what they take over including toys. I have a hoarding dog who hides toys in mass piles in 3 different spots. Sometimes we dont find them for months after.

I have had a great time doing this. I retired last year and needed a way to supplement my income. I have had excellent support when needed from the concereige service when needed, no issues with being paid, since I signed up with Paypal it's almost next day! The pups have been great company and the owners have been interesting and caring
