I called Doctronic at approximately 9:30 pm 12/26. I covered everything in the initial interview and had to repeat much of it to the Dr. , Dr. Sam Katz, he said he would call in a prescription to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy on 12/27 and he did not call it in. In order to get help I had to cover everything again, then they cut me off. I went back and was told the only way to get help was to pay an additional 39.0. They didn’t care that they screwed up, they didn’t care that I already paid 39.00. They wanted more money. When I complained they disconnected me again . I had to go over things 4 times, I was disconnected because they wanted me to pay a second time when I let them know that they were steeling from me. I would not recommend this sight to anyone! They are thieves.
