I've been using the doctranslator service for a couple of years and have been pleased with the quality of translation. Unfortunately, this month the platform 'activated' without my knowledge (no confirmation email) or consent their monthly payment feature. As soon as I noticed the charge I contacted asking Customer Service asking for a refund (assuming it was their error). My request was declined. So was the request to show proof that I have asked for a paid subscription. Overall, a company that has chosen to cheat a $xxx per year client by charging a $15 payment against my will. Sad :-(

Beware of the cost of a poorly specified storage subscription. I was unpleasantly surprised to see my Paypal account billed by this company for having 1 file stored at the cost of 16,99/mth. I paid to have this one file translated and was (to my knowledge) never informed about costs to keep this file stored. This was probably covered in fineprint, but it would be far more customer friendly to point this out specifically during selection of the payment method! 2 starts still for the quality of the translation itself, but the way this company makes money form overly charging for storage is completely beyond comprehension.
