Accurate Description and on time

Dave, the gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He asked good questions that made it easier for me to give him the information he needed to fulfill my order. Deliver was very fast. Unfortunately I needed to order two of the items I was looking for (thankfully they were on sale, which is the real reason I bought 2). The K/I wheelchair cover replacement that I need for my husband is poorly made, and falls apart when washed. I did contact the company and got no satisfaction with my complaint. I am hoping to get a different company when we can get a new chair in October of 24. This issue really has nothing to do with the experience I had working with Dave to get my replacements. This is the second time I have ordered through the DME Hub, and I have been very satisfied with the service I receive.

extremely fast free shipping from Oregon to NYS. Accurate online stock that ships directly from them not drop shipped from manufacturers which takes weeks! That’s a huge issue for wheelchair parts like the tilite caster wheels I ordered.

I live in Canada and my tilite dealer is rude, uninterested in their customers and mostly uncommunicative about any repairs and you can wait months for anything to get fixed. I can get parts within 10 days from dme and their attitude towards their customers is top notch, so even though I have to deal with shipping fees and the exchange rate it’s still worth it for me.
