Firstly, the price cannot be beat. Secondly, I ordered the wrong size an I was able to call and speak to a HUMAN to order correct size with an email after giving address to return the one I didn't want. The lady was very pleasant. It was very refreshing. If I have a need this will be my go-to company.

Didn't give them a 5 star because I ordered it myself. After placing an order, you can create an online acct, which saves your order history. So I selected Arm pads from my order history and entered my payment method and postal preference and place order. Otherwise you can call for assistance. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
