After placing my order online I realized the next day I had ordered the wrong product. I called customer service and spoke to Tyler who was very friendly and helpful and was able to switch out the product for what I needed. I would definitely order from this company again in the future.

The wheels were higher quality than I expected. Much better than my original wheels. These will never wear out with my level of usage. The representative called me after I ordered to be sure these new wheels would fit my chair and he threw in the spacers I would need at no cost. What service!

Excellent customer service. On line ordering was easy. Delivery of the product was faster than expected I would definitely recommend to others The prices were the lowest of all on line merchant and the shipping was free I would definitely do business with them again in the future
