When making a purchase of front casters for a TiLite wheelchair, Tyler went over the order and called to check to see if the order was correct. He noticed that the original casters were a different color than the order. But later when we had a problem with the casters he was very helpful in explaining how the casters and spacers worked, an easy miss for us. Nice to have such friendly competent help.

I would have ordered the wrong size part, but the company called to make sure that I meant to change from the original size that the chair was equipped with. Excellent customer service!
