The customsr service rep was professional regarding a posslibel return. The item was supposed to br rerouyrd back to the company but showed up at my home after all. Well we were glad because this product is hard to find in local stores and it turned out to be the right choice after 3 othsr sizes and styles. Thank you. 2" riser with open cuts for perenial care front and back is what works All other models are a messy nightmare and wobble.

They worked with me and ordered what I wanted, not like some other wheelchair companies who tried to sell me what they wanted me to get.
