This was my first order at DME Hub. David was patient, and very helpful in ordering the proper part to fix my wheelchair, a Ti Lite Aero X. David made sure the order process went smoothly. This was my first time ordering a part for my chair. David made it quite painless. I was told the cost of the part, retail and then the cost DME Hub charged (it was less than retail).
