Identified part on my own, provide specifics needed to place order, placed order, and immediately received an order confirmation email. After a week, AND an inquiry sent to get info/status, I have heard nothing…. They get their money immediately, but it does not appear they have any concern to keep their customers informed or even respond to specific inquiries.
