Very helpful in helping order the right Roho cushion. They didn't the right size in stock, but they arranged to have it shipped directly from Roho. Very pleased with their professional service!

I got what I wanted but the shipping updates aren’t as accurate as I would like. In this age, I don’t want anything to sit on my porch too long but shipping said next week. All good in the end!!

Product & Pricing is Great. I placed my order for International delivery (to New Zealand) on 31st Jan 2023, it wasn't shipped until 15th Feb 2023 and arrived on 2 March 2023. I did send an email chasing the shipping date about 12 days after ordering, but I didn't get a reply.... However, I did receive 3 requests to place a review in the period before shipping...If the admin was a wee bit better, I'd give 5 stars. Product, Pricing and Ordering online is great. I have no hesitation in recommending to all. Thank you.
