The process with them has been pretty easy and not as expensive as a lawyer will charge you on his own.

I have never received the paperwork. I had to download the paperwork online and my soon to be ex-husband and signed and had it notarized. I mailed it back to them. When calling two weeks later to see if they had received the paperwork the customer representative was rude and let me know that I had not done the steps. However, Divorced.com never mailed me my paperwork.

Absolutely terrible. I reported an issue with the software and no one could resolve it. I was unable to continue service with Divorce.com because of this. Mine and my husbands salary was not being properly transcribed to the form. This happened three separate times. Each time I called, I was told, all I can do is unlock the form so you can reenter the value. Each time I did, it was (still) incorrect on the form and I didn’t feel comfortable submitting false information to the court. I then had to fight to be reimbursed. I was told I wasn’t able to be refunded because I was past my 30 day window, which I wasn’t. The agent reviewed my account and agreed, and refunded almost all my money. She told me I wasn’t able to get a full refund because the forms had been generated. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE INCORRECT AND UNUSABLE. Ridiculous. There was no follow up, no calls, nothing. I even responded to the auto generated email asking if I was happy with this resolution. This company is unprofessional. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: since writing this review, I was immediately contacted by divorce.com and informed that the issue I experienced was corrected and that I could move forward with the process. I was able to confirm the salaries were correct, print the forms, and am following the instructions to move forward with my divorce. I was very pleased with the customer service provided and the quick resolution.

I am still waiting to receive my order mailed to me. Confirmation was June 10; it is now July 6 - NO paperwork! One representative (Carlos) has been helpful but that is it!
