The whole process is very confusing. Most people getting divorced are clueless on this and it wasn’t made clear enough

I have been struggling for weeks trying to send the documents that were supposed to be sent to them directly. I have sent PDF's three separate times. They continue to not receive them in the " format " they require. I now need to get the mailing address and a name to send them the paper copies. Meanwhile, I have been paying $40.00 a month waiting to resolve the simplest uncontested divorce there is. Very sad!!

The whole process was extremely easy, the system was user-friendly, and the updates were clear. Where you were within the whole process, what comes next, what may still be needed, it was all very clear and easy to understand.
