I appreciated the fact that when I telephoned I spoke with another person. Her questions and help were to the point and asked no unnecessary information. The delivery was very prompt and, I believe, the price better than some of the larger companies. They could have explained the collar type a bit better; I was unfamiliar with the terminology.

Thank you so much for the positive view! We will certainly heed your advice and try and explain certain terminologies in a more specific way for future customers! Hope to hear from you again soon. God bless!

They don`t pick phone calls nor return calls or emails. Very bad customer service.
Response from Divinity Clothing· Oct 25, 2022
We apologize for your experience, but we do have a dedicated on-site customer service team that answers calls and emails diligently as other reviews show. Please make sure you are calling the phone number and/or email listed on the website and not something found elsewhere online. Our records also show a phone conversation with customer service taking place on 9/22/22 regarding your order and an exchange of a sold out product. Thank you again for your review and please feel free to reach out to us at 609-838-7154 for a resolution.
