Financing was easy, staff is always friendly. Payments don't put much towards principal unless you pay more. The biggest issue though, paying off the account early. Paid the balance shown, magically there's still more to pay that wasn't included in the balance due. Guess that's what we get for attempting to pay the account off early. Guess we'll magically owe again next month too.

I had a front entry and storm door installed. I sent my first payment that was 3.5 times the contract amount. My next billing showed that half of the payment went to interest. I was told the interest started when the door was finished. Per my contract my first payment was due months later. I had no idea.

I was told that my credit would not be checked but they did check it ! I have very good credit so that was not the problem .... the problem I have is that I was lied to.

I wish there would be an option to leave my checking account information on the payment site. I get payed commission so I can't enroll in auto draft.

No one should be made to have direct debit out of their checking account. And, If I choose to put more money toward my account (principle) , I should not have to call the Dividend Finance department to tell them to take and additional amount from my account. What a PAIN!
