my Experience with Dividend Finance has been excellent. They have treated me professionally at customer service. They have complied exactly within our contractural agreement by waiting for completion of the project before initiating the payment schedule. Their outreach to ensure any concern I may have had is addressed to my complete satisfaction has been a refreshing change from my experience with other lenders.
