Most appreciative of your customer service who helped me size a salt generator for my over 50,000 gallon pool. The unit has been running flawlessly generating chlorine. Thank you!

I have not installed the equipment; however, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. After I purchased a cartridge filter, received it and then realized it was too tall for my planed enclosure the exchange process was made very easy by their support/sales team.

Purchase a core 55 salt generator and a safe dip 6 meter. The core 55 is great although it did take over a week for someone to reply to answer a question. The meter is terrile once again took a long time for a response. The meters details and manual clearly states it tests chlorine, well it was treading it, also the salt reading was way off over 800 ppm off, called store they said I had to call manufacturer called manufacturer they said the meter doesn’t read chlorine,I pontesoutin the ma Hal where it states it does the only reply I received was well maybe they made a new model since I started working here,no help whatsoever, called discount salt again and they said I had to call a different department for refund. The customer service reps are nice but are extremely limited in what they can do every question I had needed an expert. Each time took man days to get a response.Called new department and they promptly issued label for return but made it sound like they didn’t believe me. expected more .

Shipped fast, but when I had a problem it was impossible to get in touch with a live person from Discount Salt Pool. I tried their telephone and live chat. Both representatives, telephone and live chat, did not have the product knowledge needed to help me and could only take my contact information and relay that information to somebody at Discount Salt Pool. I was disappointed that it was impossible to reach somebody able to assist me directly. NOTE - My previous review stated that I had received an open-box product, but after consulting with several people who had purchased the same product elsewhere it appears that the sloppy appearance of the packaging and discombobulated parts inside the package is normal for the product I purchased.
