My favorite place to purchase lab tests. They are always significantly cheaper than their competitors, and the rewards/loyalty program is top notch. They recently upgraded their system as well; now you can send your lab requisition directly to the lab (via fax), so there is no need to print anything from home (which is very convenient).

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease with which I was able to purchase a test and set up an appointment on the same site. The whole thing went very smoothly, and I will definitely be using Discount Labs again!
