So I am moving my website from DiscountASP over to their Everleap solution that is cloud based. I am a little nervous since it's been nothing short of excellent service from DiscountASP for almost 13 years now. But, technology has changed and this is a definite upgrade. And besides that it's so much cheaper than the old method of charging per database and such. I have 10 databases so at $10/month per each I was already starting out at $1200. The new Everleap has it all rolled into their single site with 10 databases maximum at $20/month. And it has double the disk space along with free SSRS. Anyway - I just wanted to put this out there that theirs is a very reliable and responsive service. When I post a ticket I'm pretty spoiled. At times I'll just hang around staring at my inbox since I expect an answer in a few minutes. Mostly I'm not disappointed. If you're looking for a viable alternative to AWS and such then this is it.

Run the other way. No support, virtually no communication. DiscountASP.net sent a payment reminder to my IT tech, not to me, in November. Without warning, DiscountASP.net stopped hosting my domain 5 days ago so I can't receive any e-mails or faxes. I have sent 2 emails offering to pay and my IT tech has opened 2 tickets. After IT guy provided the information requested by DIscountASP.net, they closed the ticket without resolving anything. He opened a second ticket and can't get a response at all. Given that I'm an attorney and not having email or fax is paralyzing my firm, I would appreciate a call from their legal team sooner rather than later. There is absolutely no support from this company.

I created a .NET Core web application in Azure. But after my free credits ran out it was costing me over $80 a month. So I switched to DiscountASP.NET. I was able to deploy the web application without any changes and my exiting domain name was very easy to change over. I could not be happier.

Great choice for aspnet hosting but lack of support for recent versions of aspnet core. It is also a little bit pricey.

I was in bind with another hosting site and I was able to sign up with DiscountASP.net and get setup fully operational with in hours.

I started using the hosting services of DiscountASP.NET in December 2010 and was pleasantly surprised at the stability and speed in comparison with other hosts that I used in the past. Based on this experience, I also moved a Joomla website to DiscountASP.NET earlier this year and was delighted to witness the increase in speed and stability even on mobile devices. Over the past 9 years, I have also received excellent customer service from the DiscountASP.NET support team.
