I have had the worst time with Comcast trying to get everything set up due to their terrible customer service. I didn't have any issues at all with directTV and the girl I spoke was extremely helpful and friendly.

She was awesome love the customer service, she made tears of joy come out my eyes...she needs a raise...asap

Talk about a major "Upgrade" from leaving Comcast!! After a year and 1 month of complete nightmares, lip service, horrible service from TOP to BOTTOM. We made the switch to Direct Tv. Yes, we were a little nervous because we have been so dependent on "Cable". Not anymore! Direct Tv has set a NEW standard for EXCELLENCE!!! Bravo! Way To Go!! Finally a Company that is doing it RIGHT!!! From customer service to installation at the home does not get any better than a perfect 10!!! Thank you, The Roth's

The sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Product pricing and options are comparable to other companies.
