we were absolutely 100% satisfied with Ray when we called to discuss coming back to direct t.v.,we were customers for 5 years,when we left, we entered a 2 yr.contract with comcast( big mistake) that expires on oct.31 this year,and our direct t.v. will be installed on this coming wed 11-2-16, our only disapointment was we won't be getting the gift card when we agreed to a 2 yr. bundled contract, we're glad to be back. kudos to all, Richard Marschalk 651-633 7142

beware what "they" promise. little to none of it will be true! This is without doubt the worst bunch I have ever dealt with. refund took several weeks and it was short$ 22.29. I now have a roku and we get our movies totally FREE ! in addition, we get movies at the library,again,totally free ! wake up people , you are getting juiced !!

At the time of purchasing your product.your rep mention: Internet included, $200.00 in 60 days, all this will be bundled. Now I get no bundle, must be satisfied with $100.00. I will not do business with Direct TV again

Spent my whole morning on the phone being assured of the price and when I went to confirm my internet (afte I already sent money to them) they told me I was lied to by dish just to make a sale!! Beyond frustrating
