paid for upgraded shipping but company sat on order for a whole day before shipping though they had promised that even frees shipping orders are 95% shipped same day. Ordered early morning, before business hours

The company that we bought the C-pap would not just send an elbow! They asked if we could drive from Gettysburg, PA to Lancaster, PA? I found you on-line and ordered it. Received it within 3 days! This is where I will come again. Thank you for your follow-up Great customer service.
