Outstanding service, excellent product, tremendous savings.
I ordered hearing aids on line and not only saved a tremendous amount of money, the service was nothing short of outstanding. They sent me a link to do a hearing test on line and although I was reluctant at first I actually found the test to be easy to accomplish. I received my hearing aids promptly and received follow up calls to insure everything was done correctly then had a follow up with Eric who answered all my questions and was able to connect to my hearing aids, administer an additional hearing test and fine tune my hearing aids. I can hear better than I have in years and have found these hearing aids far superior to my previous hearing aids. The service is superb and the savings was phenomenal. They have even provided contact phone numbers in case I have further questions or need any further assistance. The service is superior to that I received from the audiologist who prescribed my previous hearing aids. I couldn’t be happier.

Another satisfied customer
As with other reviews, I saved big on quality hearing aids. Sales and Service staff have made themselves available and helpful. Only minor hiccups, i.e., missing order item, scheduling, and product knowledge; but all and all a very good experience so far. With less than one month of a 60-day trial period with my Widex hearing aids; further adjustments and some remaining customer service’s will determine if this is really a five-star company. I hope i'm able to do an update on this.

Great value hearing aides.
These hearing aids are the same as the ENT Audiologist prescribed but $3,500 less than they wanted to charge. Work well.

Excellent customer service and audiologist followup
Excellent customer service - both the purchasing site and the audiologist followup - and we saved almost $3000 on a pair of Oticon More 1s! Very happy about the outcome. I don't usually write reviews, but more people need to take advantage of Direct Hearing.

A Unexpected experience
I was overwhelmed by the professional service I received.Direct hearing staff is the most careing, knowledgeable ,and patient people I have met in a real long time. I cannot say enough about Eric he is over and above , Direct is VERY blessed to have him .I have enjoyed working with him . Sally Tilley
