I do feel I received a very fair price for the Phonak hearing aids I purchased, but also the service I received has been great. Evaluating my audiograph, recommending best hearing aid, shipping within 4 days, secure packaging, receiving a working hearing aid, scheduling a remote tuning appt. Every step along that process was handled professionally with great courtesy!

So far my experience with Direct Hearing has been amazing. They beat the price of my local audiolgist by more than 50%. Direct Hearing's service and communication has been great. Will did an excellent job of digitally setting up my hearing aids using remote support technology with video conferencing. There is no longer any need to pay double to the local hearing aid store. I am very happy.

I'm still within my trial period but am very pleased so far. The purchase experience was excellent. I submitted my hearing test results and felt no pressure to buy. The follow up appointment was thorough and met all of my expectations. This whole process has exceeded my experience with a brick and mortar store eight years ago.

I started outJan 2022 with my hearing aids locally, did not seem to help with wife snd daughters voices. In August I tried another set on line, then I saw prices on Direct Hearing and sent those back. I ordered from Direct Hearing. They were quick. They were determined to make me hear well. They even changed brands to help, as different hearing loss is sometimes fixed with another brand. I had three different people that helped me and they were all Great. In the End Will even sent a special unit to hook my aids up so he could even help me hear certain letters. I work outside in Oklahoma, he even took the wind noise out. I have nothing but good to say about the whole company. Even the receptionist was helpful and very quick to respond. I gave them a 5 star because there wasn't a 10 to click. I heard Cardinals in ourYard !!
